Apple, in its latest effort to support its growing operations in the Indian market, has opened a new office in India. Located at Minsk Square, the office has been designed to house up to 1,200 employees, has 15 floors, and features dedicated space for labs, collaboration, and wellness.

In addition, Apple’s new office will also operate on 100% renewable energy, in keeping with its goal of operating all of its facilities on renewable energy. The facility is constructed using locally sourced materials, including stone, wood, fabric, and native plants.

In its new Bengaluru office, Apple employees will work across multiple verticals including software, hardware, services, IS&T, operations, customer support, and others. Notably, Apple already has its presence in other cities including Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Gurugram.

It is also worth mentioning that Apple currently employs close to 3,000 people in India, and its work with suppliers also supports hundreds of thousands of jobs in the country. This latest endeavour will only help to create more opportunities for Indian citizens. Furthermore, through the establishment of its new Apple Stores, namely Apple BKC in Mumbai and Apple Saket in New Delhi, Apple has been actively recruiting for diverse roles such as Geniuses, Creatives, Specialists, and more. This initiative is contributing to the creation of numerous employment opportunities.

“Apple is thrilled to expand in India with our new office in the heart of Bengaluru. This dynamic city is already home to so many of our talented teams, including software engineering and hardware technologies, operations, customer support, and more. Like everything we do at Apple, this workspace is created to foster innovation, creativity, and connection. It’s an amazing space for our teams to collaborate,” an Apple spokesperson said on the occasion of this development.
