Poco is bringing its F-series phone, Realme with its GT series phone

Poco, Realme and Infinix are bringing their big guns to the Indian market very soon. Here are the details of the upcoming phones.

May 2024 has started with plenty of new phone launches, which also includes the new Google Pixel 8a model. But brands aren’t done yet. In fact, in the next few days, we are going to see some popular launches happen in the country that will keep people excited, not only because of the brands but also the products they are bringing to the consumers. We are talking about brands like Poco, Realme and Infinix among others that are going to launch their latest, power-packed devices in the country. Here’s a quick look at these upcoming phones and what you can expect.

Realme GT 6T

Realme GT 6T is launching on Wednesday, May 22 in the country. The new GT-series phone from the company is its first in a while. Realme launched the GT Neo 6 SE in China a few months back and rumours say the brand will launch this variant as the GT 6T in India. As per the official details of the Neo 6 SE, the phone gets an 8T LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution and 6,000 nits of peak brightness.

It is powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC. It features a 5,500mAh battery with capability for 100W wired fast charging, along with a 50MP dual back camera unit.

Poco F6

Poco is unleashing its new F-series in India on Thursday, May 23. The Poco F-series phones have been known to offer great value for the money and this model is unlikely to be any different. The brand has confirmed that the new phone will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8s 3 Gen chipset, featuring an OLED display with high screen resolution.

Reports say, Poco could offer a dual rear camera system, pack the phone with a 5000mAh battery that should offer wired fast charging speed. It is suggested that Poco F6 will launch in India for under Rs 40,000.

Infinix GT 20 Pro

And finally, you have the GT 20 Pro from Infinix which has brought some interesting devices to the market lately. The GT 20 Pro will succeed the GT 10 Pro from last year but could get a massive upgrade on the hardware front, with a MediaTek Dimensity chip expected to power the device. We could once again see some LED lights on the back panel, and an AMOLED display should also be on the cards. Infinix has said the phone will be priced below Rs 25,000 and come with Android 14 out of the box.
