Supreme Court set to decide number of cases impacting 2024 presidential election

Former President Donald Trump asked the Supreme Court to delay reviewing his immunity claim for his role in attempting to overturn the 2020 election. It comes just one day after the Colorado Supreme Court ruled Trump should be removed from the state’s primary ballot, a move Trump’s campaign promised to appeal to the Supreme Court.
