AAJ KA PANCHANG, DECEMBER 30, 2023: The second last date of the year, December 30, holds two significant occasions – Tritiya Tithi and the Chaturthi Tithi. Krishna Tritiya, as per Drik Panchang, is considered suitable for performing auspicious activities. Hence it is included in Shubh Muhurat timings. On the other hand, Krishna Chaturthi, being Rikta Tithi, is not considered good for auspicious activities. Therefore it is excluded from Shubh Muhurat timings. On this day, devotees will observe a religious festival namely, Akhuratha Sankashti Chaturthi. It is advised to read the tithi and its corresponding periods. SUNRISE, SUNSET, MOONRISE, AND MOONSET ON DECEMBER 30

The sun is expected to rise at 7:13 AM and end at 5:34 PM. On the other hand, the moon is scheduled to rise at 8:36 PM and will set at 9:48 AM on December 30.

TITHI, NAKSHATRA, AND RASHI DETAILS FOR DECEMBER 30

On December 30, the Tritiya Tithi is said to last until 9:43 AM, followed by the commencement of the Chaturthi Tithi. The auspicious Ashlesha Nakshatra will continue until 5:42 AM on December 31, after which the Magha Nakshatra is anticipated to occur. The sun is expected to be seen in the Dhanu Rashi while the moon is expected to be observed in Karka Rashi up to 5:42 AM on December 31.

SHUBH MUHURAT FOR DECEMBER 30

The auspicious timings are as follows: The Brahma Muhurta, considered favourable for significant activities, is scheduled from 5:24 AM to 9:16 AM. Pratah Sandhya is anticipated to occur between 5:51 AM and 7:13 AM while the Godhuli Muhurat, another auspicious window, is expected to take place from 5:31 PM to 5:59 PM. Additionally, the Nishita Muhurta is set to commence from 11:56 PM to 12:51 AM on December 31.

ASHUBH MUHURAT FOR DECEMBER 30

Inauspicious timings or ashubh muhurat for the day, are as follows: Rahu Kalam is scheduled to be observed from 9:48 AM to 11:06 AM, while the Yamaganda Muhurta is expected to take place between 1:41 PM and 2:59 PM. On the other hand, the Gulikai Kalam is slated to occur from 7:13 AM to 8:31 AM. The Dur Muhurtam is predicted to commence from 7:13 AM to 7:55 AM. Additionally, the Baana Muhurta suggests the presence of Raja up to 10:08 AM on December 30.3
